Once the retrofit kit hardware is installed, the really tricky part of the operation can begin: Connecting all the 1/0 wiring in appropriate locations on the panels. Write everything wired in the new electrical enclosure schematics so a complete connection diagram can be produced and kept in the files, Run all cabling for motors and other power components to the appropriate controllers. Confirm the motors are wired to the correct voltage and verify the overload protections. Then, trial power up can start.
